explorer.exe интерфейс не поддерживается windows 8 профессиональная – как исправить?

после установки программы в мультимедийных файлах стала выдавать ошибку “explorer.exe: интерфейс не поддерживается”, также невозможно восстановить систему и некоторые приложения не запускаются проверено на вирусы и ошибки в логе все в порядке скажи мне, что делать Ответить

Попробуйте вот так :

1) на начальном экране правой кнопкой мыши появится значок «все программы”

2) выберите из списка «блокнот

3) вставьте в него следующий текст :
