8015D002 error — как исправить?
When signing into Xbox Live initially I am requested to verify my account information. I type in my valid microsoft account e-mail and password and receive the following error.
«Sorry, either that’s the wrong password, or the e-mail you’ve entered doesn’t have an Xbox Live membership. Please try again or go to Xbox.com/forgot if you need help.
I’ve reset my password through Xbox.com/forgot and typed this new password in from the start, still with no success. This is prohibiting me from signing into Xbox live entirely. Can anybody give me a description of the error and step-by-step troubleshooting process?
I’d like to add that I’ve already added more security information to my profile, signed out, and signed back-in to xbox live as requested through the standard error process.
