При установки происходит ошибка Error 1904 Module C:Program FilesHPDigital Imagingbinhpqcxs08.dll failed to register .

Решение нашел : Complete the following steps to assign full control permission for the registry key:

1. Click HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE on Local Machine.
2. In the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE on the Local Machine window, select the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindows NTCurrentVersionSvcHost key
3. Right click SvcHost , then click Permissions .
4. In the Registry Key Permissions dialog box, select Everyone . (If there is no Everyone icon, create one: Click Add , select Everyone in the Add Users and Groups dialog box, and then click OK .)

Но изменить права ключа реестра SvcHost   не могу.При изменении прав пишет нет доступа.  Как решить эту проблему. Ответ

Для изменения конкретного ключа, Вам необходимо установить Вашу учётную запись или группу Администраторы как владелец данного ключа. Для этого, в окне разрешений нажмите Дополнительно – Владелец, выделите владельца и нажмите Применить.

Обращаю Ваше внимание, что ключ, который Вы пытаетесь изменить является системным и не предназначен для изменения разрешений. Последствия могут быть фатальными и привести к повреждению системы. Рекомендую Вам создать резервную копию данных и системы.
