Error Code: 103. – как исправить?

Trying to play Bloxburg mini game within the Roblox game but just cannot get in.  Keep getting message that I am unable to join as game is unavailable Error Code: 103. Have done the power cycle to reboot the xboxone and have also uninstalled and reinstalled the game. still get same message. Any ideas? Is your account date of birth less than 13 years old? If so, that could be why it won’t let you join that specific mini game.
