Factory reset xbox one s – как исправить?

How do I perform a factory reset on my xbox one s digital edition console, if I CAN’T access the settings.  Every time I click sign in or settings it returns to the home screen.  It wont let me access literally anything… You can do it with a USB flash drive. https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/console/reset-console-to-factory-defaults
