Forgotten Pass code and favorite fictional character question – как исправить?
I have forgotten my pass code, and then Xbox asked for my favorite fictional character, which I can’t remember either, as it has been a while since I have used it. How can sort this out.

Hi there
if this is a family passcode you have forgotten that you will need to contact Xbox Support in order to reset it. They will need the serial id of the console and after that they will guide you through the steps to reset it on your end.
